Schneider Electric Andover EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) Software Upgrade

Background
The Puget Sound VA Medical Center is seeking to upgrade its building management software platform to Schneider Electric's Andover & EcoStruxure Buildings (EBO). This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and functionality of the existing building management systems.

The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to conduct market research to identify potential businesses capable of providing the required products and services, specifically authorized distributors of Schneider Electric's EBO software.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a series of tasks as part of the upgrade project, including:

1. **Condition Assessment and Health Check**: Assess the current building management system's communication and equipment operation, documenting any issues that may affect the upgrade.

2. **System Backup and Firmware Update**: Conduct a comprehensive backup of all programming, code, configurations, and system settings for conversion to the EcoStruxure database.

3. **Design Engineering (off site)**: Design the new system layout, including network architecture and component locations, with submittal documents prepared for approval.

4. **Programming Conversion (off site)**: Convert existing Continuum programming to the EcoStruxure AS-P network servers while standardizing naming conventions in collaboration with the customer.

5. **Create New Modern Graphics (off site)**: Develop new graphics using web-enabled HTML language based on EcoStruxure standards, customizable per client requests.

6. **Cut-over (on site)**: Execute a final cut-over on-site with building staff, replacing legacy controllers with newly configured EcoStruxure AS-P while ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.

7. **Project Closeout**: Verify communication and operational checks post-upgrade, providing updated control drawings and warranty documents upon completion.

Period of Performance
120 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
