Background
The contract is issued by the United States Transportation Command in collaboration with the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy).
The mission of this contract is to provide scheduled fuel barge transportation services in the Atlantic region, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of fuel to various destinations.
The goal is to support military and governmental operations requiring fuel logistics.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:
1. Scheduled Fuel Barge Transportation Services in the Atlantic Region, including:
- Three (3) 20K - 30K barrel (bbl) tows with Inland Water Capability.
- One (1) 50K - 60K barrel (bbl) tow with Ocean Going Capability.
- Two (2) 10K - 20K barrel (bbl) tows with Inland Water Capability.
- Reimbursable out-of-pocket expenses as per PWS Appendix C, Paragraph C.2, not to exceed $3,500,000.04.
- Optional on-call services for various barrel capacities as specified in the PWS, which will be utilized in one-month increments via contract modification.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, with options extending through August 31, 2030, and a potential six-month extension until February 28, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the Atlantic Region.
