SCCAO Fish Counting Bucket Replacement

Background
The South Central California Area Office (SCCAO) of the Bureau of Reclamation is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of the fish counting bucket at the Tracy Fish Collection Facility (TFCF). The existing bucket has been in operation since 1957 and is critical for estimating fish salvage.

Work Details
The contract involves the fabrication of a new fish sampling bucket. Specific requirements include:
- Compliance with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards such as ASME B46.1 for surface texture and ASME Y14.5 for geometric dimensioning.
- Use of materials that meet industry performance standards.
- Drawings must be submitted in D size (22 inches by 34 inches) format, compatible with AUTOCAD version 2018 or later.
- The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, management, supervision, personnel, and transportation.
