Amendment Snapshot: The response deadline has been moved earlier by three hours, from September 4, 2026 at 8:00 PM UTC to 5:00 PM UTC. New Q&A clarifies that the required SCBA cylinder is a 30-minute cylinder, not a 45-minute model; functionally equivalent manufacturer part numbers may be proposed if they meet the Statement of Work and are delivered empty.
