The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Stewart is issuing this solicitation to provide Platform Scales Maintenance and Repair services at Fort Stewart, Georgia and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia.

There are a total of 14 scales. Seven (7) platform scales are located at Fort Stewart (FS), Georgia. Five (5) platform scales and two (2) personnel scales are located at Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia.

Contractor shall perform scheduled calibration and maintenance, and unscheduled maintenance on various types of Government scales. Calibration services consisting of inspecting, calibrating, per National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), State of Georgia, and applicable federal standards, and perform field adjustments within maintenance tolerances for the14 scales.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $34.0M. This acquisition as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The resulting contract will be a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract with a base period of one year and four (4) one year option periods.

Potential Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. No offeror list will be maintained. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the Internet addresses provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents once issued as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern.
