Scaffolding Supply and Installation for Keystone Lake Powerhouse, OK

Background
The United States Army Corps of Engineers - Tulsa District is seeking a contractor for a scaffolding supply and installation contract. The goal of this contract is to provide engineered scaffolding design and installation services for the Keystone Powerhouse, along with additional designs for three other locations. This initiative aligns with the agency's mission to ensure safe and effective infrastructure management.

Work Details
The contractor will supply new tube and coupler type scaffolding, deliver materials, and provide installation services. The scope includes:

1. **Keystone Powerhouse**: 40 FT height / 20 FT diameter (circular work area) - Material procurement & delivery, design documentation, installation.

2. **Eufaula Powerhouse**: 35 FT height / 18 FT diameter (elliptical work area) - Design documentation utilizing a subset of the Keystone inventory.

3. **Fort Gibson Powerhouse**: 25 FT height / 14 FT diameter (circular work area) - Design documentation utilizing a subset of the Keystone inventory.

4. **Broken Bow Powerhouse**: 30 FT height / 18 FT diameter (elliptical work area) - Design documentation utilizing a subset of the Keystone inventory.

Additionally, the contractor must procure and deliver one deployable cable ladder (minimum length of 40 feet) with aluminum rungs and wire rope stringers, as well as safety equipment that meets USACE EM 385-1-1 standards.

Period of Performance
90 calendar days from the date of award.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. Bidders must comply with safety requirements established in the US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (USACE EM 385-1-1). Additionally, bidders must be authorized distributors or manufacturers for all supplied products.
