Background
Amendment 0003 to M67854-19-R-1501. Responses to questions about the SBNVG RFP. The reason for this amendment is to clarify the proposed CLIN price requirement. There is no extension to the due date for proposals. The due date for proposals is still June 21, 2019.

Work Details
SBNVG RFP Package. Specific products to be manufactured or delivered under the contract include Squad Binocular Night Vision Goggle Systems, Image Intensifier Assembly Kits, Image Intensifier Assemblies, Thermal Imagers, Operator Spares, Maintenance Spares, ICLS Level 1 Minor Repair, ICLS Level 2 Moderate Repair, ICLS Level 3 Major Repair, Refurbishment for CLIN 0001 Test Articles, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). The contract also includes a minimum order guarantee and maximum contract value of $249M.

Period of Performance
The due date for proposals is June 21, 2019.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for hardware shipments are planned to be North Carolina, California, Hawaii, Georgia, and Virginia. For non-hardware CLINS delivery shall be to Virginia.
