Background
This contract is a one-time buy (OTB) type contract in support of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle, PM-MAV program office. The contract is a firm fixed-price type contract and will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The requested delivery schedule for the Environmental Control Unit (ECU) is 12 months after receipt of order at a rate of 20 units per month. Accelerated delivery is encouraged and authorized at no additional cost. The contract also includes a subcontracting plan requirement for contracts over $750K, set aside to large business sole source and competitive acquisitions.

Work Details
The contract requires the production and delivery of 231 units of the Environmental Control Unit (ECU), part number 12620762, with a requested delivery schedule spread over 12 months at a rate of 20 units per month. The inspection and acceptance will be conducted at origin, and deliveries or performance will be made to the US Army Temple Distribution Facility in Temple, Texas, with FOB point as destination.

The period of performance for this contract is from the date of award to August 31, 2026.
