10/23/25 Amendment 004 includes RFI/Questions with answers, remove/implement option clause, include Attach M and Attach N and extend bid due date by 1 week to 11/12/25 by 5pm EST.

Scope: The scope of work for this contract includes a broad range of Facility Construction, Maintenance, & Repair projects. Contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to perform work in accordance with all terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation, resultant contract and associated T ask O rder statements of work (SOWs).

Construction-trade projects may include but are not limited to; new construction or renovation work on buildings, restrooms, pavilions, docks/piers, and administrative buildings on Savannah River Site.

Background
The USDA Forest Service at Savannah River Site (FS-SRS) is seeking to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Facility Construction, Maintenance, & Repair projects. The goal of this contract is to provide a flexible contract vehicle that allows for additional services to be ordered as needed, which cannot be reasonably determined in advance.

Work Details
The scope of work includes a broad range of Facility Construction, Maintenance, & Repair projects. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the work according to the terms and specifications outlined in the solicitation and associated Task Order statements of work (SOWs). Specific construction-trade projects may include: new construction or renovation work on buildings, restrooms, pavilions, docks/piers, and administrative buildings at the Savannah River Site. Additional responsibilities may encompass multi-disciplinary new construction, historic renovation, repair/remodeling/rehabilitation, remediation and/or demolition work.

Tasks may include site work; drainage; utility systems; painting; repair/replacement of sidings, stairs, doors; flooring installation; roofing; plumbing; HVAC; electrical work; inspections; energy audits; infrastructure assessments; cost estimating services; drafting; and providing 24-hour emergency response as needed. The contractor will also need to prepare Task Order Proposals that include project scoping and cost estimating.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Savannah River Site located at 1-Mile Inside Aiken Barricade, New Ellenton, SC 29809.
