In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Acquisition Management System (AMS) procurement guidance, T3.13.1 Other Administrative Procedures Revised 1/2009 4 Press Release and Public Announcement of Award Revised 7/2021 - c. Public Announcement-

The purpose of this public announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to award Contract 693KA9-22-C-00019 to NIC4 Inc., 111 Kelsey Lane, Suite D, Tampa, Florida 33619 for Satellite Communications (SATCOM) (Airtime/Minutes) Phone Usage Services. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The contract value is $1,165,000.00. The contract is for a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2027, if all options are exercised.
