Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) is releasing this notice on behalf of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The expected action is to extend the current sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded to L3 Harris Technologies (L3H) for an additional five-year ordering period and increase the ceiling by approximately $500 million. This contract action is necessary to provide critical services in support of USSOCOM and its mission partners, ensuring no break in services for current requirements.

Work Details
USSOCOM requires an industry partner to provide a range of services and equipment to support, maintain, and upgrade existing systems integrated into various platforms and locations globally. These services will enable Common Data Link (CDL), Link-16 Connectivity, Command Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), and Rapid Sustainment Office (RSO) requirements.

The focus will be on utilizing existing and future architectures, configurations, and resources to support data relay ingest and throughput at ground stations and other customer locations. The contractor must demonstrate capabilities in maintenance and on-site services globally across all applicable tier levels for the equipment listed in the draft performance work statement (PWS). Additionally, they must meet DoD Cyber Supply Chain Requirements and have experience managing multiple task orders with various clients globally.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to extend for an additional five years with the ordering period potentially broken into five separate one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various platforms and locations across the globe as defined in the equipment list.
