SAP BASIS ADMINISTRATOR

Background
UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries (FPI) is a wholly owned Federal Government Corporation with factories throughout the United States in approximately 50 Federal Prisons. FPI manufactures various products for sale to other Federal Agencies and DoD. FPI operates an SAP ERP system that is the system of record for financial records, sales orders, procurement actions, and material tracking.

Work Details
The objective of this solicitation is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor who will provide SAP Basis Administration assistance and expertise. The consultant will provide assistance with the transfer of ECC Archived records to S4 Hana system. The resource will develop relevant SAP HANA document archival procedures and deliver that training to the appropriate business areas within FPI. The contractor is required to provide SAP Basis Administration assistance and expertise, including project management expertise with PBS archiving solution installment in ECC and coordination of the migration of the ECC system to S/4 Hana in a correctional environment.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be from executed order until 09/30/2023. Anticipated work time is 65 hours per month, not exceeding 780 hours per year.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed primarily on a 'tele-work' basis. However, work may also be required to be performed on-site. Possible travel to the nearest BOP facility or other BOP/FPI facilities is possible.
