Background
The Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow, California is seeking to enhance the security of its Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) through essential training.

The goal of this contract is to provide training that equips personnel with the necessary skills to operate, manage, and monitor these systems effectively, thereby meeting the Marine Corps' requirements for securing control systems against potential cyber threats.

Work Details
The contract includes the following tasks and services:
1. Provide SANS Training - ICS 410 SANS/SCADA for five students, which covers foundational skills and knowledge for industrial cybersecurity professionals.
2. Deliver hands-on lab experiences focusing on control system attack surfaces, methods, and tools.
3. Teach incident-response skills within a control system environment.
4. Provide governance models and resources for industrial cybersecurity professionals.
5. Issue SANS ICS410: ICS/SCADA Security Essential Exam Vouchers for each student.
6. Each student will receive a programmable logic controller (PLC) device to keep, which will be programmed during the course to enhance understanding of ICS operational drivers and constraints.
