San Luis Obispo (SBP) ATCT Roof Replacement

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the replacement of the roof at the San Luis Obispo (SBP) Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in San Luis Obispo, CA. This contract aims to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the ATCT facility, which is critical for air traffic management and safety.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, equipment, insurance, security notifications, licenses, permits, and fees applicable to Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements. All work must adhere to the specifications, drawings, contract clauses, and wage rates as described in this solicitation. The scope includes:

1. Complete roof replacement at SBP ATCT;
2. Compliance with all applicable regulations;
3. Coordination of work hours with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR);
4. Submission of a detailed offer breakdown including all costs related to direct and indirect labor, materials, overhead, profit, insurance, bonds, etc.;
5. Development of a Schedule of Values (SOV) after award but prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance will be 30 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), unless negotiated otherwise before award.
