San Joaquin-Port of Stockton DWSC FY 24 Maintenance Dredging Project   5

This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the San Joaquin/Port of Stockton River DWSC to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, except the Sediment Trap, which shall be dredged to -38.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth. All dredge material is suitable for the upland sites shown on plan sheets. Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at Contractor furnished sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse sites and per the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK and Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE.

This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The solicitation will be available on/about June 11th, 2024 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents.

ALL BIDS will be due on/about July 11th at 12:00pm. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARDPROCESS.

Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued.
