Background
The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a follow-on contract for a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) compliant electronic signature platform for the Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF), Center for Enabling Capabilities (CEC), Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). The contract will have a base year plus 4-Option Year periods, totaling 5 years, and will be funded with Defense Health Program R&D funds.

Work Details
The PBF requires an electronic signature cloud-based software system to assist with electronic document sending and signing.
