Amendment 00001- To amend Part I Section 15 1b to Contract Specialist, Chris Tomlin, COMSC N103B (757) 341-5427

The solicitation is for five (5) time-chartered tractor tugs for base period of performance and six (6) time-chartered tractor tugs for option one and follow on periods of performance in support of Navy Region Southwest, Metro San Diego Bases. The solicitation will be a fixed-priced time charter with reimbursable elements, with a performance period of one year with options for three (3) additional one-year periods and a fourth period of eleven (11) months.12 months, plus three (3) one year option periods and one 11 month option period.
