Background
The contract is issued by the Navy Region Southwest (NRSW) for air transportation shuttle services primarily between Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) and San Clemente Island (SCI).

The goal of the contract is to provide dedicated fixed-wing airlift services for military and government civilian passenger movement and essential cargo, ensuring reliable transportation between these locations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform air transportation services. Services include:
1. Transportation of military and government civilian passengers and essential cargo five days a week between NASNI and SCI.
2. Estimated mileage for round trips is approximately 208 Great Circle Statute Miles (GCSM).
3. Additional missions may be scheduled by mutual agreement during the week, weekends, and holidays within a 550 GCSM radius of NASNI.
4. Aircraft must be multi-engine, turbine-powered, equipped with Ultra High Frequency radios and certified RNAV GPS Category LPV DA capabilities.
5. Pilots must be trained in RNAV GPS Category LPV DA approaches.
6. The contractor must maintain DoD air carrier approval throughout the contract duration.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with options for extensions up to six months.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance is at Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI), California.
