Description

The United States Army Contracting Command- New Jersey-Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of Project Manager, Towed Artillery System (TAS) has a requirement for Sample Data Collection. The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement by soliciting, negotiating, and awarding a sole source effort with Code Plus Inc, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) Sole source award under the 8(a) Program. Solicitation is expected to be issued in mid to late March 2016. All responsible/interested sources shall submit their qualifications and capabilities via email to Christopher.m.mackie.mil@mail.mil.
