Sample Collection and Testing

Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operates the Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This solicitation seeks quotes for Sample Analysis as outlined in the Draft Contract and Statement of Work attachments. The goal is to procure services that meet specific technical requirements for sample collection and testing.

Work Details
The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order/Contract. The contractor must provide clean sealed sampling equipment for collecting flue-gas samples according to EPA Compendium Method TO-11a and Method TO-13. Specific tasks include:

1. Providing sampling equipment such as Quartz Fiber filters, PUF Sorbent Tubes, and DNPH-coated silica gel cartridges.
2. Shipping prepared materials to BNL and providing analysis according to Method TO-11A and TO-13.
3. Performing TO-11A analysis on specified analytes including Acetaldehyde, Acetone, and others with a detection limit of 10 ng/mL or better.
4. Performing TO-13 analysis on specified analytes including Acenaphthene, Anthracene, and others with a detection limit of 10 ng/mL or better.
5. Disposing of sample media after analysis.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from November 12, 2024, until March 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Brookhaven National Laboratory located in Upton, New York.
