SAMI Front Office Stand-up

This is a non-competitive acquisition for overarching Program Management Support (PMS) to provide services and support to the newly created office of the Strategic Acquisition Management Initiative office (SAMI). The SAMI Office has recently been established with three directorates: Acquisition Lifecycle Management (ALF), Functional Area Management Contracting Officer/ Contracting Officer Representative (FAM-C/COR), and Functional Area Management Program/Project Manager (FAM-P/PM).
SAMI requires contractor expert leadership advice and implementation support for SAMI and the new Directors to prioritize actions to mitigate risks and seize opportunities during operationalization of SAMI to make it successful. The focus of this requirement is
overarching Program Management Support to provide required services and support to develop and implement a SAMI organization that will strengthen acquisition management practices leading to improved program performance.
