The purpose of Amendment 0006 to Solicitation 11316023Q0006EOP is to: 1) Extend the Quote Submission deadline to Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 3:00 pm EDT. 2) Answer the following additional questions received: a. Is the Facility TS clearance required at the time of submission? i. Yes, Top Secret Facility Security Clearance is required at the time of quote submission. Grace periods cannot be allowed because the first BPA Order, which is included in this RFQ, will be performed at the Contractor's site. b. Will the Government accept past performance from subcontractors as part of Volume III Past Performance requirements (Attachment 3- PPIS)? i. Yes. This question was answered previously and can be found in the Amendment 0003_RFQ 11316023Q0006EOP_Questions and Answers spreadsheet dated 07/12/2023. 3) Emphasize that Amendment 0005 was issued to provide clarification to the Security Clearance requirements incorporated into the Performance Work Statement (PWS) via Amendment 0003. Amendment 0005 did not add any new requirements to the PWS. The Executive Office of the President (EOP) is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Salesforce Development and Maintenance Support Services. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 Other Computer-Related Services. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR subpart 8.405-3.
