Saguache garage parapet and stucco repair and roof replacement:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and necessary appurtenances needed to repair structural and hair line cracks on the garage building and replace the existing flat roof.

Project includes the repair of the existing exterior stucco parapet walls of the garage building located on Christy Avenue in Saguache, Colorado. This work is necessary prior to replacing the existing flat roof of the garage as the proposed 50 mil PVC liner extends up the backside of the parapet walls. Includes the installation of a new 50 mil PVC roofing membrane over existing roof deck.
