January 6, 2021 Original Draft RFP Posting

NASA/GRC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial item/services: Safety & Mission Assurance, Audits, Assessments, and Analysis (SA3) Services.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services and $16.5 million, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the Final RFP, 80GRC022R0029, is on or about February 12, 2021 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about March 29, 2021. The Draft RFP is hereby attached.

The period of performance is anticipated to be a three (3) year base and a single two (2) year option period.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at https://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/procurement/regs/Procurement-Ombuds-Comp-Advocate-Listing.pdf.

The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. The Internet site, or URL, for Beta.Sam is located at https://beta.sam.gov/.

Prospective Offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
