Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Service

The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) has a requirement to purchase the services of a single source repository consisting of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on a website and by phone. Services shall be in accordance with the specifications listed within this RFQ. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) for this requirement. This contract will have a 12 month Base Year with Four- 12 month Option Years. Questions relative to this RFQ shall be submitted via email to chora.snyder@dot.gov by Thursday, 25 May 2023, 2:00PM EST . Any information given to an offeror which impacts the solicitation and/or offer will be given in the form of a publicized question and answer on GSA eBuy via an amendment to the solicitation.
