Amendment 1 - Safe Move for Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) - Fort Riley, KS

Background
The contract is issued by the Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) at Fort Riley, KS. The mission of this contract is to facilitate the replacement of old GSA approved security safes with new ones, ensuring compliance with security standards.

The goal is to deliver seven new GSA approved security safes from one location to two designated sites within Fort Riley, while also managing the removal and return of old safes.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, packing supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform the following tasks:

1) Deliver seven new GSA approved security safes from 634 Canyon Road to 200 Henry Avenue and 289 Cameron Street in Fort Riley.

2) Remove seven old GSA approved security safes from 200 Henry Avenue and 289 Cameron Street and return them to 634 Canyon Road.

The distribution of the new safes will be as follows:
- One 4 Drawer Single Lock safe to 289 Cameron Street;
- One 4 Drawer Single Lock safe, two 2 Drawer Single Lock safes, and one Map safe to Room 1 at 200 Henry Avenue;
- One 4 Drawer Single Lock safe to Room 18 at 200 Henry Avenue;
- One 4 Drawer Single Lock safe to Room 106D at 200 Henry Avenue.

The contractor must provide transportation including fuel and any specialized equipment such as dollies, lifts, moving blankets, wrapping paper, safety cones, etc. All costs associated with these tasks shall be covered by the contractor.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from approximately August 4, 2025, to October 3, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at multiple locations within Fort Riley, KS: specifically at 634 Canyon Road, 200 Henry Avenue, and 289 Cameron Street.
