Background
The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration (SAF/SQ) is seeking to fulfill a requirement for Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to support space-related activities across the Air Force space enterprise.

This contract aims to provide expertise in technical, space acquisition-related matters, and Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS). The goal is to enhance the capabilities of the Air Force in managing space acquisition programs and systems effectively.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, equipment, and project supervision as required in connection with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Executive Action Group:
- Provide budget and subject matter expertise for Congressional inquiries.
- Conduct management of Congressional ETMS2 tasking system.
- Support internal SQ meetings and coordinate logistics for Congressional engagements.
- Facilitate coordination for annual fiscal year budget rollout.

2. Strategic Communications:
- Develop strategic communication plans for external engagements.
- Create strategic messages, speeches, and talking points for senior leadership.

3. Workflow Management:
- Support tracking and reviewing actions assigned by SAF/SQ using various tasking systems.

4. Integration:
- Provide technical support for engineering oversight of space systems.
- Collaborate with Space Futures Command on technology transition efforts.

5. Administrative Support:
- Maintain a compliant records management program and support FOIA requests.

6. Acquisition Execution and Oversight:
- Support oversight activities related to programming, budgeting, and financial execution for space acquisition programs.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance spans a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods, starting on or about January 2025 through July 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed primarily at locations associated with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration.
