SAF/CDM Technical Services

The US Air Force is conducting market research to identify sources that can provide technical expertise and specialized consulting services to the Secretary of the Air Force / Concepts, Development, and Management (SAF/CDM) office related to its ability to plan and acquire cost effective, critical capabilities to enable combatant commanders in their warfighting missions. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the items/services discussed, and release of the RFI should not be construed as a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
This RFI is issued for the purpose of communicating the SAF/CDM requirements to industry. SAF/CDM intends to use information gathered from these interactions to gain an awareness of capabilities, determine interested parties, and to support formulation of an acquisition strategy. Early industry involvement in creating a properly scaled enterprise solution is critical to the success of this contemplated acquisition, with the goal of providing SAF/CDM and its customers with superior and cost-effective technical service support.
