Please see the attachments for full details: The Department of the Air Force, Directorate for Special Programs (SAF/AQL) requires Consulting Services for actions needed to assist AQL in defining and implementing an optimal organization that reduces complexity and ambiguity and ensures operational excellence. Requirements focus on immediate actions necessary to host an AQL leadership offsite to evaluate current state and develop an AQL Strategy to drive requirements of developing a director's roadshow, communications plan, and an implementation roadmap and schedule to ensure future state AQL organization structure, roles and responsibilities, and a target culture.
