AMENDMENT 0001 : Specifications: The quantities in the Bid Schedule were updated based on the latest surveys with Shoaling Analysis.

This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bid(IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE:1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to Dennis Neal : james.neal@usace.army.mil
Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000
The work

Wage includes annual maintenance dredging of the Sacramento River DWSC to -30-f t (MLLW) plus 1-f t of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material to various upland disposal sites in accordance with the bid schedule.

This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price(FFP) contract.
ALL BIDS will be due on/about May 24, 2024 at 12:30 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFBis issued.
