Background
The Sabine-Neches Waterway Channel Improvement Project (SNWWCIP) in Texas involves the extension of the Sabine Channel to Sabine Pass Outer Bar, Jetty Channel, Sabine Pass, and Hopper Dredging in Jefferson County, Texas.

Work Details
