THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, PROPOSAL OR BID. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to determine performance standards by collecting information regarding capabilities within the market to satisfy agency needs. This notice is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, therefore it shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to an acquisition approach. Information submitted in response to this notice will be voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Network Contracting Office 08 is issuing this notice to determine industry capabilities to provide cleaning and disinfecting services for Non-Critical Reusable Medical Equipment (NCRME) at the Lake Nona and Lake Baldwin Medical Center. NCRME items are those items that come in contact with intact skin but not mucous membranes. Intact skin acts as an effective barrier to most microorganisms; therefore, the sterility of items coming in contact with skin is not critical . The Government is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to this notice. The anticipated base period of performance is March 01, 2024, through February 28, 2025, with four (4) twelve (12) months option periods. In order for the Government to determined Small Business set-aside requirement there must be reasonable expectation that offerors can satisfactorily perform contract requirements and that an award could be made at fair market price. Total set-aside cannot be made unless a reasonable expectation exist. Your response to this sources sought notice will assist greatly in the formulation of an acquisition strategy for a socio-economic set-aside. Background
Network Contracting Office 08 is conducting market research to determine performance standards by collecting information regarding capabilities within the market to satisfy agency needs. This notice is not a solicitation as defined by 2.101 and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to an acquisition approach. The purpose of this acquisition is to continue the standardized process for on-site NCRME at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center (OVAMC) at Lake Nona.

Work Details
The contractor shall plan, develop and implement an on-site NCRME Cleaning Program tailored to the facility’s specific needs and MCP 00Q-16, Section 5.b.i. and ii. The contractor shall provide bi-annual deep cleaning and disinfectants for the listed NCRME located in Radiology, Oncology, and Operating rooms. The contractor shall provide cleaning and disinfection service between specific hours at the Lake Baldwin facility and Lake Nona facility. The contractor shall pick-up NCRME daily during hours of operations for cleaning and disinfection.

Period of Performance
The anticipated base period of performance is March 01, 2024, through February 28, 2025, with four (4) twelve (12) months option periods.
