The solicitation is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Work Details
The contractor shall provide labor and materials to conduct annual pressure washing to ensure beautification of the exterior areas of the Main Hospital Building 110, interior courtyards, and attached canopies at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center. The work includes pressure washing to ensure that the Main Hospital in both locations in the exterior are washed to ensure beautification of Building 110, interior courtyards and attached canopies as well as the outside of the Hospital at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center.

Period of Performance
The contract period consists of a base period from February 15, 2024, to March 14, 2025, and an option period from February 15, 2025, to February 14, 2026.
