Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Boston Healthcare System (VABHS) has issued a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Furniture-Equipment Moving, Installation, and Storage Services. The BPA is for a period of 5 years and is unrestricted.

Work Details
The contractor is required to complete various tasks, including removing VA items from the current BPA moving contract holder's storage and placing them in their own climate-controlled storage facilities within a 30-mile radius of Brockton, Massachusetts. The contractor is also responsible for installing, moving, and storing furniture and equipment in a controlled environment to prevent damage. Additionally, the contractor must follow all VA Boston Healthcare System safety, security, and infection prevention procedures.

The work will mainly focus on the Brockton campus of VABHS but will also include other VABHS main campuses and Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Eastern Massachusetts. The period of performance is 5 years with no options.
