Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for Linen Services at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Garner VA Outpatient Clinic (OPC). The mission of the VA is to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the Garner VA Outpatient Clinic has reliable and efficient linen services to support its operations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, parts, and supervision necessary to perform Linen Services at the Garner VA Outpatient Clinic located at 2700 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27529. This includes:
- Providing clean linens in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all linens meet quality standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Maintaining an inventory of linens and managing distribution effectively.
- Adhering to all safety and health regulations applicable to linen handling and processing.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality assurance checks as per the Performance Requirements Summary Matrix.

Period of Performance
Base Period: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026; Option Year 1: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027; Option Year 2: July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028; Option Year 3: July 1, 2028 - June 30, 2029; Option Year 4: July 1, 2029 - June 30, 2030.
