Background
This is a FFP procurement and is being completed IAW Part 13. This solicitation is for a 5-year IDIQ for Laundry and Linen Services for the Coatesville VA Medical Center.

Work Details
The technical provisions for laundry/linen services to be provided to the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Coatesville, PA include furnishing the physical plant, all labor, supervision, management support, supplies, ancillary equipment, vehicles, and materials necessary for complete laundry/linen services. The contractor must comply with all applicable wage & hour laws and is responsible for the correct wage titles. The contractor shall have experience in providing hospital laundry/linen services and must assign an on-site manager who meets specific qualifications.
The contractor shall provide all materials necessary to perform the tasks specified in the contract except as specified in Section 4. The contractor shall provide all required vehicle fuels, lubricants, and repairs necessary to perform services under this contract. The contractor shall accept for processing all soiled linens, uniforms, patients clothing, mops, etc., and after processing, all items are to be finished and delivered to the Medical Center.
