Background

The solicitation is set-aside for Small Business (SB).

Work Details
The work required by this Government provided Performance Work Statement (PWS) consists of the Contractor furnishing the physical laundry plant, all labor, equipment, supervision, management support, linen supplies, ancillary equipment, exchange delivery carts, bulk linen carts, contractor owned and operated vehicles and materials necessary for accomplishment of contractor owned/contractor operated bulk Linen Supply Service. All services are to be performed according to standard industry practices and quality control measures.
Services shall include pick-up and delivery of items by contractor personnel. The contracted services shall be performed accordingly to support VAMC operations. The Contractor shall have experience in providing Ambulatory Center Linen Supply Services for a minimum of three consecutive years prior to submitting a proposal.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes a base period from 08-01-2022 to 07-31-2023 and four option periods extending until 07-31-2027.

Place of Performance
All Linen Supply Services are to be provided to the VA Ambulatory Center in Columbus, Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Center - 420 North James Road, Columbus, OH 43219-1834.
