The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. NAICS Code: 561730 (Landscaping Services) with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5M Classification Code: S208. Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24224Q0281 Anticipated Closing Response Date: March 8, 2024 Period of Performance: April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2029 Description: Year-round services for grounds maintenance and snow removal to be provided to the St Albans Community Living Center, Brooklyn and Manhattan Medical Campuses of the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System from 04/01/2024 through 03/31/2029.
