Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 17, is seeking contractors for the CTX Street and Sidewalk Repair project at the Waco and Temple VA Medical Centers. Work Details

2. Pothole Repair: Inspect potholes, provide traffic control, cut damaged asphalt, remove debris, apply tack coat, install asphalt (hot or cold mix), compact asphalt to ensure proper density. Deliverables include properly filled and leveled asphalt patches.

3. Sidewalk Repair: Assess damaged sidewalk sections, remove/replace concrete panels as needed, grind/level trip hazards, ensure compliance with ADA requirements for new concrete. Maintain safe pedestrian routes during construction activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year after receipt of order (ARO).

The work will be conducted at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive in Temple, Texas 76501 and 4800 Memorial Drive in Waco, Texas 76711.
