This is not a Request for Quote The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance services at the Great Lakes National Cemetery located at 4200 Belford Road, Holly Michigan 48442. Prospective Contractors are responsible for all aspects associated with providing professional Grounds Maintenance services in keeping with National Cemetery Administration Standards. In addition to regular grounds maintenance services, the awardee must provide services specific to Cemetery operations. Services specific to Cemetery operations are as follows: Installing Headstones Replacing Headstones Cleaning of Headstones Raising and re-aligning of Headstones This requirement will be solicited as a set-aside using a Tiered Evaluation for: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)/Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB)/Small Business Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on March 13, 2020. Site Visit: March 18, 2020 at 10:00 am No other site visit will be available. All questions pertaining to the RFQ must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer.
