- Reporting any damages to the Point of Contact (POC).
- Using environmentally friendly cleaning solutions capable of removing grease stains.
- Ensuring all work is conducted outside normal operating hours to avoid disruption to patient care.

Base Period: August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027; Option Year 1: August 1, 2027 - July 31, 2028; Option Year 2: August 1, 2028 - July 31, 2029; Option Year 3: August 1, 2029 - July 31, 2030; Option Year 4: August 1, 2030 - July 31, 2031.
