The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), is soliciting proposal s and intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type Contract to provide Solid Waste Collection (Non-Hazardous) Services. Contractor shall provide all labor, containers, vehicles, equipment, materials, management, etc. necessary to provide Collection, Removal, Hauling, and Disposal of Solid Waste (Non-Hazardous) Services for the James A. Haley VA Hospital (JAHVH), Tamps, FL. This solicitation announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation document is attached. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS): All required services shall be performance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 05/28/2025, incorporated into the attached RFP 36C24825R0123, Attachment 1.
