This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24822Q1182. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-2022-04 / 01-26-2022. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561720, Janitorial Services, with a Size Standard of $18.0M. Miami VA Healthcare Network intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for Janitorial Service. This procurement is a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be Verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award. Quote shall be valid 90 days from the close of this solicitation. Questions are due No Later Than Monday July 18, 2022, at 4:00 PM ET. Only email questions will be excepted. Work Details
The contract requires the contractor to provide all labor, transportation, and supervision to clean and disinfect various areas within the Miami VA Healthcare System facilities, including high touch areas, public spaces, restrooms, waiting rooms, exam rooms, patient rooms, operating rooms, labs, and other specified areas. The contractor must adhere to specific cleaning standards and procedures outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract also includes requirements for uniforms, personnel qualifications, safety training, security clearances, and access controls.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance will be for 12 months with the option to extend for an additional Option period 1 through Option period 4 which will be 12 months each.

The janitorial services will be required at various locations including The Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Hospital in Miami Florida, Williams 'Bill' Kling Clinic VA in Sunrise Florida, Supply Chain Warehouse in Doral Florida, Homestead CBOC in Homestead Florida, Key Largo VA CBOC in Key Largo Florida, Hollywood VA CBOC in Hollywood Florida, and Deerfield Beach VA CBOC in Deerfield Beach Florida.
