The current contract, 3624822P2087, at the Miami VA Healthcare System for Janitorial Services with HamHed Limited Liability Company currently expires at the end of December 2023. The Miami VA Healthcare System has made some changes to Janitorial Staff for this requirement. The RFP 36C24824R0051 will be released soon. Miami VA Healthcare Network intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for Janitorial Service. This procurement is a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Site Visit will be scheduled for Thursday November 16, 2023, at 9:30 AM EST. The location will be The Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Hospital 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami Florida 33125 main lobby. Please contact Lorenza (Mud) Creekmur at lorenza.creekmur@va.gov to register.
