The North Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking capable and interested 8(a) participants to provide housekeeping services at the Ft. Worth Outpatient Clinic.
Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking housekeeping services for the Fort Worth Outpatient Clinic. The contractor is expected to provide total housekeeping cleaning services to maintain a satisfactory facility condition and professional appearance.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, management, and transportation to provide total housekeeping cleaning services. This includes aseptic cleaning experience in a clinical setting, routine cleaning services from Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays for special cleanings, and minimal coverage on Saturdays. The work schedule should create minimum disturbance or inconvenience to the facility users.
Services will be for a base period of one year with four additional one-year optional renewals with performance beginning July 1, 2022.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract will be from July 1, 2022, to June 31, 2023, with the option for four additional one-year renewals.
