Grout Restoration and Maintenance Puget Sound VA

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), is conducting market research on behalf of the Spokane VAMC to identify potential contractors capable of providing grout restoration and maintenance services.

The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of verified sources, including qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), to perform this potential requirement. Responses will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy.

Work Details
Contractors are expected to provide grout restoration and maintenance services as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement.

Interested parties must demonstrate their capability by providing a capabilities statement that includes their business name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, business size designation, type, and Unique Identifier Number. Vendors must also include at least one example of relevant past performance that shows they have performed similar work meeting comparable performance standards. Additionally, vendors must affirm their ability to comply with the Limitations on Subcontracting if this were to be set-aside for SD/VOSBs or Small Businesses.
