Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, San Marcos, TX, has a requirement for Janitorial Services at the San Marcos Aquatic Resources Center in Texas. The contract includes a base period of 12 months with up to four option years. The services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5215 for Hays County, Texas.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, management, supervision, and other items necessary to perform commercial custodial services at the San Marcos Aquatic Resources Center. The approximate size of the area to be cleaned is 5,366 square feet across four buildings.

The cleaning services will be performed once every week and include tasks such as removing trash, dusting all horizontal surfaces, cleaning door glass, sanitizing drinking fountains, and mopping hard surface flooring.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 05/01/2024 to 04/30/2028.
