S&T/OSE Strategy and Management Consulting Support

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issues this final Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain Strategy and Management Consulting support for the DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Office of Science and Engineering (OSE). This RFP is a furtherance of DHS Acquisition Planning Forecast System predictive record F2022056783. This requirement is currently performed for DHS under Task Order 70RSAT22FR0000006 with General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. with a total contract value of $2,547,653.25. This Task Order is currently scheduled to end on or about 10/31/2022. Vendors must use the question and comment spreadsheet attached to this notice when submitting questions and comments to the Government points of contact identified in the attached RFP document. Questions and comments must be submitted via email and must include the Reference #/PIID 70RSAT22R00000007 in the subject line of the message. Vendors should note that previous draft RFPs were posted for this requirement under RFQ ID RFQ1553181 and RFQ ID RFQ1566670.
