The purpose of this amendment is to include the revised Technical Questionnaire which adds the quote requirement of a spill plan to question number two. The revised Technical Questionnaire is attached.

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a Request for Quotes for Solid Waste Collection Services at the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway (SACN). Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing solid waste collection services, including trash and garbage collection, as outlined in the Scope of Work. Specific tasks include:
