Background
The National Weather Service (NWS) is seeking snow removal services for its office located in Juneau, AK. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the NWS office remains accessible and operational during winter months by providing necessary snow removal services. This solicitation includes a base year plus four option years for continued service.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for snow removal services at the NWS office in Juneau, AK. This includes but is not limited to:
- Clearing snow from parking lots, walkways, and building entrances.
- Ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible for employees and visitors.
- Performing snow removal in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the solicitation.
- The contractor must submit a detailed technical approach outlining how they will perform these tasks, including performance checklists and anticipated staffing levels.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from July 1, 2030 to June 30, 2031. There are also option years available:
- July 1, 2029 to June 30, 2030 for Option Year 3
- July 1, 2030 to June 30, 2031 for Option Year 4.
